Installation of your Jecom product will be performed by our authorized installers. Depending on the type of product installed, up to 12 months of after-care coverage will be provided. 

After-care coverage is only valid if your product has been installed by an authorized installer, and is invalid if the product has been damaged from improper use or if adjustments have been carried out by unauthorized service providers. 

After-care coverage includes replacement, servicing or repairs should your Jecom product be faulty due to a manufacturer defect.
